Requirements
Core requirements
Experience of at least 3 years using Nest on the backend and Next on the frontend.
Experience integrating external APIs.
Knowledge in creating RESTful APIs with Express and/or Nest.
Knowledge in PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB databases.
Proficiency in TypeScript.
Familiarity with Figma.
Experience using SonarQube.
Knowledge in creating tests with Mocha and/or Jest.
Leadership and Management Skills
Experience leading development teams in agile environments, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
Ability to define the project's technical direction and establish quality standards.
Skill in decomposing complex tasks and efficiently assigning them within the team.
Experience mentoring and supporting the professional growth of team members.
Ability to facilitate technical and design meetings, encouraging active team participation.
Skill in identifying and resolving technical and organizational blockers.
Experience managing stakeholders and effectively communicating with various areas of the organization.
Competence in measuring and enhancing team efficiency through agile metrics such as velocity, cycle time, lead time, and cumulative flow diagrams.
Ability to analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement.
