Our product team is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Manager. You will play an essential role in the execution of our products and processes, both internally and customer-facing.
We are looking for proactive candidates, team players with very good organizational skills.

Main responsabilities
You should have extraordinary skills as a person to know how to lead the product in such a competitive market as the technological area.
- A) Correct delivery of the product committed to CONEXA partner. When we refer to the correct delivery, we also include the satisfaction of our Partner from the kick off to the completion of the project.
- B) Business Value: Participate in Discovery sessions with the client to define the possible product to be developed (MVP's). Work with the different CONEXA teams (Solution Architect, Tech Manager, UX/UI, Tech Leader, CCO, CEO) to make quality deliverables. For example (Wireframes + Technical Assessments).
- Collaborate with Project Managers to interpret and define business requirements
- Responsible for defining stories, functional requirements and processes of all our projects
- Collaborating with the project managers team to elaborate stories and acceptance criteria
- Participate in agile ceremonies, feature demonstrations and retrospectives
- Commitment. The Product Manager must be committed to the project, the vision and the business.
- Excellent relationship with Co-workers. Devs / Designers / Sales / Partners (Example other development companies with whom we work together for the same project). -> Very important to empathize with the Devs.
Requirements
✔️ This role will be based in Buenos Aires
✔️ Fluent English.
✔️+2 years of Product Manager experience (preferably in Tech / Technology / Development / Digital Products).
✔️ Strong communication skills.
✔️ Demonstrated experience in people management/relationships.
✔️ Solid knowledge of Scrum Methodology.
✔️ Solid knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Notion, Asana, Monday).
✔️ Strong knowledge and experience in stakeholder management.
✔️ Excellent organizational skills.
✔️ Knowledge in development, web and mobile design is desirable.
✔️ Must Possess excellent risk management skills, and the drive to proactively mitigate business and technology risk.
✔️ Must be able to work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while balancing competing priorities
✔️ Must demonstrate sound analytical and diagnostic skills dealing with issues that are not readily defined and/or conflict with available information, ability to reach sound decisions quickly.
